Doctors advise people not to eat salmon too often because it is very rich in fat acids, Omega 3, and antioxidants, which protect the body from cardiovascular diseases, but if eaten in excess, can cause certain problems.

Natural steaks with fat and fiber, made from only the best meat of animals are the most pleasant choice. Beef is healthy and full of important nutrients like vitamin B12, Iron, Phosphor, vitamin B2 and Selenium. You should look for the leaner pieces though, because fat meat isn’t very good for the cholesterol levels.

  1. Chicken

As long as you take the skin off, chicken is a great source of protein, iron and vitamins. This type of meat can be eaten under the form of soups, and it will ensure the necessary levels of fat and substances to protect yourself from flues and common viruses. Remember that the optimal quantity of meat for one day should be 160 grams in a normal diet of 2000 calories a day.


It is true that many people say we have to make great sacrifices in order to lose weight or maintain our silhouettes, but the truth is that as long as you know how, when and how much you can eat, it is all up to you.
